Access Chapter 2 is proud to stand in solidarity with the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) in the case of SAHRC vs Lagardien, taking place on Monday, 26 May 2025 at 9:00 AM at the East London High Court.
This peaceful demonstration, organised alongside a coalition of civil society partners, is a direct response to hateful and discriminatory messages targeting LGBTQIA+ people. It affirms our shared commitment to defending constitutional values of equality, dignity, and justice for all.
